We ship worldwide and offer various options to meet your needs. Shipping cost to your country is determined by destination, weight and shipping method chosen.
During promotional periods we do charge a flat rate for any purchase to be shipped and the flat rate will be displayed on the product page.
To safe guard against items “missing in action”, Rani Creations RECOMMEND’S EXPRESS POST SHIPPING METHOD. This will allow you to track your shipment more efficiently and accurately with Australia Post and also ensure express delivery.
Delivery
This depends on the method of shipping requested and the destination country. Typically, delivery is between 3 - 10 business days. Occasionally the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure, these delays can be between 4 - 6 weeks. In Australia most orders are usually received within 1 - 3 business days.
For orders placed and received by 1200pm (AEDT) on weekdays, they would be processed on the same day. Orders placed on a weekend, public holiday or after 1200pm (AEDT) on Friday will be processed on the following business day (Monday). You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been posted. We have noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration. After posting out your items, we will update the order status from "Processing to Delivered", with email notification. You will also receive a tracking number which allows you to track your package by visiting the Australia Post website.
For Pre-order items, we estimate that your order will be despatched within 21 business days.
For Customised orders we will advise you of the delivery date. Usually products are despatched within 4 - 6 weeks.
Tracking
You can check if your order has been sent by clicking on the "Track my Order" link at the bottom of our website pages. For reference, only our International Express Service allows for online tracking. If the shipment method of Express was selected at the time of ordering, an email would have been sent with your tracking information when your order was shipped. If you have not received this email, we can resend it to the original email address supplied. Alternatively, for us to send it to another email address, you will need to provide sufficient information as requested to validate your identity.
If the shipping method "Standard by Airmail" for international shipments was selected for your order, your shipment does have a parcel number, however you are not able to view the status of this shipment online. Please allow the given delivery time, taking into consideration the possibility of customs clearance delays occurring within your country (refer "How long will it take to receive my Order?").
For "Express Post" Shipments in Australia, you can contact Australia Post on 131818 and quote your parcel tracking number.
Returns/Exchanges Policy
We do not exchange or give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
If a product is damaged or faulty then we will exchange the product for another of equal value or issue you with a credit note to use on a future purchase.
Returns will only be accepted if you advise us of any discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving goods as failure to do this will mean that all goods received was in good order. Please note, we take photographs of all products we send to you as record.
Returned item must be in its original condition (original tag undamaged and attached, unworn and it its original packaging). Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
We will not be responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via a shipping method that gives a tracking number to ensure that it reaches us. E.g. Australia Post Express post sachet.
We reserve the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice.
Any original shipping charges imposed are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
In cases where we believe that the defect on a returned item is caused deliberately, we may refuse to provide a refund/exchange for that item. Please note that we inspect our items before shipping out, and our items will not have large rips or stains.
We reserve the final approval on all Returns and Exchanges.
*Please note that we do not offer exchange or refund for items that do not fit. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully read the size information of the products on our website, and decide whether an item will fit. There are no exchanges on custom made garments or special orders.
