How do I start ordering?

2. Login as a member
3. Start shopping and select your favourite products from our list and add them onto your shopping cart
4. When you finish with your online shopping, press [Checkout]
5. Follow the guidelines for payment
6. You will be lead to a PayPal confirmation page. (You do not have to be a pay pal member to pay with your credit card)
7. A confirmation email will be sent to you or Invoice can be viewed at Order History page
8. When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online
9. You will receive your purchases within 3 - 5 business days (within Australia) and 10 - 30 days for International Orders.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Once you have placed your order you cannot cancel it, but you may be able to change it if the product has not been sent out to you. If for any reason you would like to change your order, please email us on email@example.com by the next business day.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
This depends on the method of shipping requested and the destination country. Typically, delivery is between 3 - 10 business days. Occasionally the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measures, these delays can be between 4 - 6 weeks. InAustralia most orders are usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days.
Can I track my order?
Only you have chosen the ‘Express’ Shipping option then your order can be tracked. For orders shipped using Australia Post you can track your order online www.auspost.com.au If another carrier has been used to ship your order, then a email will be sent to you with the tracking number and the shipping company’s contact details.
Will I have to pay any taxes and duties for my order?
International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. (More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.)
How often do you release new products?
We are frequently adding new products to our range. We typically release new products every 4 - 6 weeks. From time to time we'll add limited release designs as well.
What if the item I want is not available in the size I require on the website?
If the size you require is not available for selection at time of ordering, this generally means that we no longer manufacture this item and are now completely out of stock. If the item size is indicating 'Out of Stock' this typically means that we are temporarily out of stock and new stock should be arriving shortly. Regardless, email us on email@example.com and we will advise you on the particular item. You may be able to place a customised order, if the item is still in production.
Do you have a retail showroom?

Do you wholesale?
Yes, we do wholesale. Wholesale orders typically start from 100 pieces onwards. For trade enquires email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or fill in the Customer Contact form on our website.
Do you give bulk discounts if we order multiple products?
The prices on our website are our “Best Price”. But, we do understand that if a customer is purchasing for a special function / wedding etc or purchasing multiple products e.g. ten or more products then they may want a better price. If that is the case then you can email us on email@example.com or fill in the Customer Contact form on our website, please include all product codes and prices in your request along with your counter offer. If we are able to give a better price then we will advise you.
What if the beads and sequences are coming off or missing from my garment?
We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Sometimes it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in few hours you might loose some of them. Do not panic or over-react because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses / sarees worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down.
Rest assured that all garments and products are thoroughly inspected by us at Rani Creations before it has been sent to you. If you are especially worried about the prospect of the beads and sequences coming off, then we recommend that you request for your product to be “Bubble wrapped” and sent in a box instead of a satchel. Please note extra handling charges will apply for “Bubble wrap” and box.
What things should I be mindful of when ordering online?
While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of monitors.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on a computer screen against the actual colour of the outfit received.
Rani Creations believe that all the customers who order online are aware that colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered.
It is basically impossible for Rani Creations to replicate the same colours on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a colour under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.
Red, maroon and orange colours have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colours. Sometimes green and blue shades also overlap, as well as off white, white and cream colours.
Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is an inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.
Handcrafted and Handloom Items
Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, hand embroidered, handloom, hand weaved products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation keeping the same theme constant in artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items.
Product Information and Sizing
The details of the products or product specifications such as weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc. quoted with the product displays are only approximate values. For example, the weight of a product will increase once it has been wrapped and boxed. On our website we have tried to provide you with as much information as possible in regards to the size of each product and garment. If you are unsure about whether the garment will fit you, then we advise you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and seek further information and clarification before you purchase the garment.
Wash / Care instructions
Since almost all Indian dyes are vegetable dyes, we recommend that you Dry Clean all garments. If you are having a beaded garment dry cleaned, make sure you get assurances from the dry cleaners that the beads and fabric will not be damaged and that the colour will not bleed.
